The DD5V4 Hunter, chambered in .260 Remington, 6.5 Creedmoor, or .308 Winchester, provides users of the Daniel Defense semi-automatic platform even greater long-range precision shooting capability. The highly popular 6.5 Creedmoor takes advantage of superior ballistic coefficients to offer both flatter trajectories and reduced wind drift at levels normally reserved for much heavier recoiling long action calibers. These gains in ballistic efficiency help the modern shooter stretch the effective range out to 1,000 meters or more. This highly accurate and durable rifle includes an adjustable gas block that allows for a consistent feel whether shooting suppressed or unsuppressed. The perfected bolt carrier group reduces overall recoil impulse and is easy to maintain and operate in all conditions.

WOW! This gun it put together beautifully. Very accurate, easy to handle, and it a blast to shoot! A must own in my opinion.

Flawless function, unbelievable accuracy, and looks great. I put a Primary Arms SLx6 1-6×24 FFP with ACSS Raptor reticle scope on the rifle. After initial sighting, I was hitting a 10” steel plate, dead center, every shot. I used Federal 168 gr. BTHP ammo in 308. I could not be more impressed and am extremely satisfied with the DD5 V4 Hunter. Second Daniel Defense rifle for me, sold most of the others!
